Our SMS Step Challenge has now come to an end ...👟
Over the past three weeks (27th April – 17th May) this initiative—launched to support Mental Health Awareness Week—has been a great way to encourage movement, build healthy habits, and bring the team together.
It’s been great to see the consistency, team spirit, and effort across all groups:

The SMS team as a whole have made it to very nearly 3,000,000 steps!
Mandy our step queen didn't let her daily count drop below 20,000 - what a woman. Nathan also nearly reached 50,000 in one day WOW!
From daily walks to weekend activity, it’s clear that small, consistent changes can make a real difference to wellbeing - well done to all.
