Nathan has recently completed his second year with us and his Level 3 BTEC National Diploma in Building Services Engineering, building a strong foundation in the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems.
Alongside his studies, he has gained valuable hands-on experience by supporting multiple projects across a range of sites.
Nathan also achieved a key milestone this year by contributing to his first completed project — the DWP Letchworth Boiler House upgrade — which was delivered two weeks ahead of schedule – must be down to him!
This refurbishment included the installation of new high-efficiency boilers and flues, full pipework replacement, thermal insulation, full sitewide water treatment and an upgraded Building Management System (BMS) with 4G connectivity for remote access.
His combined academic knowledge and on-site experience continue to strengthen his skills as he develops his career in building services engineering.
