Significant progress is being achieved on our Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) fit-out project in the West Midlands. SMS is delivering a full suite of M&E specialist services for a valued client's state-of-the-art production and testing facility. This comprehensive scope includes HVAC, LEV exhaust, specialist gasses including compressed air and argon, new BMS and electrical services.
Electrical services include: HV, LV, central battery emergency lighting system, fire alarm, data, CCTV, access control, intruder alarm and gas suppression system.
Our dedicated team is working diligently to ensure the project remains on schedule, with a projected completion date targeted for this summer.
