As we pass the halfway mark of the year, we are excited to reflect on the significant strides our Company has made over the last 6 months. This period has seen us return to complete 2nd, 3rd, 4th ….. phases of our previous projects, a testimony to our commitment to excellence.
Highlights of our key projects:
Whitchurch Hospital Phase 2 – New packaged external AHU within proprietary plant room to serve Outpatient’s Department. All new ventilation, heating mains and associated BMS and new electrical supply.
We are involved in the Tamworth Future High Streets Project which consists of a large refurbishment in the town centre of the Co-operative Building including many heritage areas where preserving the existing features is key when designing and coordinating new services.
Another project has been completed for the Department of Work and Pensions comprising a full M & E refurbishment of a large office in Wigan.
Langley School - After a successful fire alarm upgrade of the whole school last year - working to a tight timescale, we were asked to return to add some extra fire alarm interfaces back into the system for the access control systems.
Incora Muirfield – We recently returned to relocate the electrical supplies for the chillers for the storage fridge and freezers. The original project, completed nearly 3 years ago, was a complete M & E fit-out to transform an open warehouse into a distribution and holding facility for aerospace operations. We have returned regularly to install new systems when required.
Just a few examples that showcase the hard work and dedication of our talented team.
We now move on to start our largest project to date, Apex 1. This is a multi-million-pound M & E warehouse conversion project for a leading supplier within the manufacturing industry.
